1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "felbit" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at felbit.cam, including its website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services.
• "we," "us," "our" refers to felbit and its operating entity, duly authorized under PAGCOR regulations to provide online gaming services within the Philippines.
• "you," "Player," "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the felbit platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered on felbit by a Player, which enables access to the platform's gaming and financial services.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the Philippine Peso (PHP) amount held in a Player's felbit wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive awarded by felbit under specific conditions.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required of all Players before account activation and withdrawal processing.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing felbit's operations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the felbit platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are effective as of January 1, 2026, and supersede all prior versions. felbit reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with changes communicated to Players via the registered contact information on their accounts. Continued use of the platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the felbit platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. felbit conducts mandatory age verification during the KYC process. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source following an investigation period.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The felbit platform is operated and licensed for use within the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether their use of felbit complies with local laws in their jurisdiction. felbit makes no representation that its services are lawful in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on felbit. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or via other persons — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Upon discovery, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR and relevant authorities.

3.4 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. felbit is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.5 KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, all Players must complete KYC verification before placing real-money bets or processing withdrawals. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, voter's ID, or postal ID. felbit reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your felbit login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with other online accounts;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Log out of your felbit account after each session, particularly on shared devices;
• Notify felbit support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account;
• Never share your credentials with any third party, including persons claiming to represent felbit.

felbit will never request your password through live chat, email, SMS, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You accept that any activity conducted through your felbit account — including bets placed, funds deposited or withdrawn, and bonuses claimed — will be treated as authorized by you unless you have notified felbit of a security compromise in writing prior to such activity occurring.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

felbit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and select cryptocurrency networks. felbit reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

5.2 Currency

All felbit transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where cryptocurrency deposits are made, the PHP equivalent will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. felbit does not guarantee a fixed exchange rate.

5.3 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed on the felbit cashier page and are subject to change. felbit may impose additional deposit limits on individual accounts for compliance, responsible gaming, or security reasons without prior notice.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value, subject to KYC completion. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1-3 banking days for bank transfers, subject to verification checks. felbit reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if additional verification is required.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is deemed dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. felbit may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month period, as notified to the Player's registered contact information. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact felbit support.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

felbit offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applies to the bonus amount and will be stated in the offer terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire within a specified period from issuance. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Games excluded from bonus play will be identified in the offer terms. Playing excluded games while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One Bonus at a Time: In most cases, only one bonus may be active per felbit account at a time. Activating a new bonus while another is pending may result in the prior bonus being forfeited.
• Non-Transferable: Bonuses are issued to individual accounts and may not be transferred, sold, or shared.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on felbit are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by professionally trained human dealers under studio monitoring. Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game result and the outcome recorded on felbit's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. felbit is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device malfunction, or power failure on the Player's end during an active game session.

Bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect stake amounts, cannot be reversed once the game round has commenced. Players are advised to review their bet amounts before confirming each wager.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the felbit platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, fund confiscation, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, access controls, or RNG systems through any technical means;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI systems to interact with games or the platform interface;
• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or exploit any promotional offer;
• Chargebacks or fraudulent dispute claims against legitimate felbit transactions;
• Accessing the platform while self-excluded, whether from felbit or via PAGCOR's self-exclusion register;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any underage individual.

9. Privacy & Data

felbit collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the applicable provisions of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using felbit, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

felbit may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies as required by law. felbit implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data at all times.

10. Responsible Gaming

felbit is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. The platform provides a suite of player protection tools accessible from every account dashboard:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits;
• Session duration reminders and automatic session time limits;
• Reality checks displaying net win/loss during active sessions;
• Cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-exclusion options ranging from 6 months to permanent account closure.

Players who self-exclude through felbit's tools may also register with PAGCOR's national self-exclusion program, which restricts access to all PAGCOR-regulated gaming venues and platforms. felbit supports and cooperates with this program fully.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, felbit's total liability to any Player arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

felbit shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind;
• Loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of anticipated savings;
• Any interruption to the platform caused by circumstances beyond felbit's reasonable control, including but not limited to: network outages, acts of God, regulatory actions, or third-party service failures;
• Errors or inaccuracies in information provided by third-party game developers or payment processors.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit felbit's liability where it would be unlawful to do so under Philippine law.

12. Suspension & Termination

felbit reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where felbit has reason to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Player's activity poses a risk of financial, legal, or reputational harm to felbit;
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Regulatory, compliance, or law enforcement requirements necessitate account action.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus activity will be forfeited. Real-money balances (exclusive of bonuses) will be returned to the Player following a mandatory review period, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their felbit account may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

13.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with felbit, you agree to contact our customer support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. felbit will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond with a resolution within 10 business days. We aim to resolve the majority of disputes informally and quickly — most issues raised by Filipino players are resolved within 24 to 48 hours.

13.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of felbit's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the regulatory authority governing felbit's operations. felbit will fully cooperate with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.

13.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the felbit platform.

14. Amendments

felbit reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the felbit website. felbit will notify Players of material changes via the contact information registered on their accounts, and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the felbit platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you should immediately cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
